Workshops & Concept Creation

Where strategy becomes something your team can actually build with trust.

Having the right innovation platforms is only half the work. The other half is turning them into concrete, market-ready concepts — with your team in the room, aligned and energised around what comes next.

This is where Food Design Thinking and our 6 years of expertise in Co-Creation Workshop meets hands-on creativity.

How it works

We start where your strategy ended. With your innovation platforms already defined, we design a full-day or two-day workshop — in person or remote.

No generic dynamics. Every session is custom-designed with the tools, stimuli and creative techniques that make sense for your category and your team.

The session opens with a tailored presentation of the innovation territories we'll be working on and some extra inspirations — giving everyone the same strategic context before the hands-on work begins.

Then we go deep. Our team facilitates and actively participates in a series of creative dynamics designed to unlock your team's full innovation potential: trigger cards, future news scenarios, consumer persona needs, ingredient exploration, patented technology references and AI-powered ideation tools — all working together to push thinking beyond the obvious.

We close with a prioritisation exercise — so you leave the room not just with ideas, but with a clear, team-aligned view of which concepts are worth developing first.

What can you walk away with

Between 6 and 12 fully developed and prioritized concept cards, each including:

  • Product name and key message

  • Visual mockup

  • Key ingredients and formats

  • Consumption ritual

  • Competitive landscape

  • Full concept description — ready to test with consumers

Who this is for
